International Shipping:

Return Window:
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items:

- Gift cards
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
Return Process:
- Email us at support@colorgirl.online with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will provide you with the return instructions.
- Ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
